All the staff - doctors, nurses, receptionists, others - are always helpful, courteous and concerned. My GP always takes time to explain to me what I need to know. I feel cared for, and that is very important to me. Keep up the very high standards of care.

Receptionist was welcoming, the waiting area comfortable, and Dr. Parkes was very pleasant, thorough, and put my mind at rest regarding the problem I was having with my leg. Although Doctors' Surgeries are not places I am keen to visit, the whole experience was as pleasant as such things can be. Excellent!

Dr Henry is very helpful, listens and focuses. I moved house about 6 months ago and this practice is a big improvement to my previous one (Brooke medical centre). Overall very satisfied.

Today's visit was exceptionally good. However what was so frustrating was trying to get an appointment the week before Easter, which had the receptionist listened to what she was being told and given a small amount of discretion could have avoided me getting into the state that I did thus avoiding the need for admission into hospital followed by surgery an overnight stay, excruciating pain and discomfort for me followed by up to 4 weeks post operative recovery.
